When the Long & Foster North Potomac/Gaithersburg office first opened its doors, it identified itself as “The Field of Dreams Office.” This slogan was selected as representing the very fiber, soul and identity we felt was ours. Reminiscent of the “if you build it, they will come” theme of this inspirational movie, we built it… very carefully…so that it maintained a quality of performance that is second to none.

As we grow, we never lose sight of our goal to constantly find ways to enhance your careers, production and quality of life. To that end, we are committed to providing you with the resources, support and motivation to move to higher and higher levels while maintaining a life balance. In continuing that process, we have introduced a Marketing System that is entirely unique to this office.
