Marketing Matters maintains a database of every residential address in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Lists can be assembled based upon geography, tax assessment and owner occupancy. Yes, Marketing Matters works with over 50 Long & Foster marketing coordinators and assistants in the Washington/Baltimore area.
